Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Think Right for use of our website and mobile app. By creating an account or using the Services, you accept them.

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Think Right. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or deliberately deceptive content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
- Scrape, mirror, or resell content, or attempt to reverse engineer the Services.
- Interfere with the Services, bypass rate limits, or probe security controls.
- Use the AI assistant to generate content that violates law or these terms.
Community spaces are also subject to our Community Guidelines.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Think Right a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.
4. News content and third-party sources
Headlines, article excerpts, and images may come from third-party publishers and remain their property. We link to original sources. Think Right does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party reporting.
5. AI assistant
The AI assistant produces automated summaries and answers that may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Outputs are informational only and are not professional advice. Verify important information against the linked sources before relying on it.
6. Ranking and personalization
Story priority is determined by automated systems and may change without notice. Ranking is an editorial and algorithmic judgment, not a guarantee of importance or accuracy.
7. Intellectual property
The Think Right name, logo, design, and software are owned by Think Right and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our marks without written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Right is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Paid features, billing, and refunds
The Services are currently free. If paid subscriptions launch, purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores under their terms, and cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located there, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.
